Jerry L. Rhea started Quality Paving in 1978 with a mission to provide quality, cost effective asphalt services. In the beginning, the main focus was patching, paving and a variety of smaller roadway improvements. We have grown at a controlled rate since then into a diverse civil contractor. Through the years we have owned and operated concrete and asphalt plants as well as the newest company Quality Resurfacing. We now employ approximately 200 employees. Our company structure allows us to service large State, County, City and Federal projects up to $5 million and small enough to fit the needs of the private sector.
We specialize in building and maintaining streets, highways, parking lots and all types of concrete, excavation, structure, underground and resurfacing areas. We strive to develop and maintain the respect of and balance the interests of our clients, employees, suppliers, community and our industry. We have created an atmosphere of integrity by utilizing the resources and talent that has evolved with twenty-seven years in the business.
